Tiffany Bostic is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Heart Educator & Healer LLC, a healing-centered consultancy that partners with schools and networks to build mental health and wellness infrastructure that holds. She leads with her values, listens before she acts, and is willing to sit with the hard questions long enough to get the answers right.

As the former Chief of Support Services at Achievement First Public Charter Schools, she designed and led multi-state mental health infrastructure across more than 40 schools in New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, serving over 15,000 students. She reduced exclusionary discipline, expanded access to mental health care for underserved students and families, and built clinical teams capable of sustaining the work beyond any single leader. She has translated clinical knowledge into policy, practice, and organizational culture across some of the most complex school environments in the country.

Heart Educator Healer LLC exists because most schools inherited systems never designed to hold the full weight of student wellbeing. Tiffany partners with leaders who are ready to build something different, and who want a thought partner perceptive enough to see what the data shows and what it doesn't.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Social Work from Howard University. She is based in Brooklyn, New York.
